All items arrive beautifully packaged in a gift box with our pixel + torch logo

Note that we cannot be responsible for delivery times once your item(s) have shipped due to unforeseen events that may delay parcel carriers. The shipping times stated below are estimates given by the carriers.

Domestic mail

Priority 2-3 days $8  flat rate

USPS priority Express $34 flat rate

International mail

*Due to a variety of custom fees and taxes in different countries, all such fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs/tax office for information on such fees in your country

International first class $15 flat rate (arrives in approx 10-14 days depending on country's postal service.)

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you're not delighted with your purchase, you can return item within 7 days of purchase for a full refund as long as the piece is in original condition. You are always free to return an item that doesn't fit you within 14 days for a credit towards another item in my shop. (shipping charges paid by customer).

Please contact me prior to returning an item so we can discuss the details. There are no refunds for custom-made pieces. Please return your pieces it it's original packaging to
